I would give 0 stars but it won't let me. Funny how the store manager rates his own store to get the rating up to a 2.5 and lower. There is a reason for that. We signed up with Sprint after do g some research and someone told me to talk to the store manager (I will not mention names). I did...took him my 6 lines, my parents 2 lines and sent other people in while in the process of switching. He actually called me while my parents were at his store that they had a double special going. He told me exactly what to do to get a $600 rebate instead of the 300 as advertised (both were advertised). When the money did not show had to go into store many times just to get the original 300. Then was told he never told me it was doubled, he lied, outright . He called me in front of my parents, so they heard the while conversation. Texted me back 2 days later saying I was right and he would get me the other 300. That was 7 months ago. I finally relented and stopped contacting them. Also, as far as the phone service being close to big red...NOT! Not even close. Many spotty areas with no service. Way more than competitor. Would not go into this store ever again, nor would recommend to anyone. Only way to get me to return is change manager. Don't even care about the 300, it was really the principal at this point. (Not that I couldn't use the money). Can't wait for the contract to end.
