  Thank you for holding additional funds off of my debit card when I made my purchase INSIDE at the counter to prevent ANY kind of hold. When I asked the staff to fix the mistake as they have charged my money and are now holding the same purchase amount as a pending sale, not allowing me to use my own money. The staff just explained how they have never had a pre authorization happen inside like that and they have never had to call their credit service but here is a number but they don't know anything about it. Of course, I am annoyed that they are too lazy to call then and there for me, so by the time I get home and plug in my dead cell phone, the freaking place is closed already and not reopening until Monday. (I called at 5:36, they closed at 5:30). So, now I have no money left, because I had already paid my bills, and speedway is holding my funds so I can't feed my family. We already eat minimal as is and now speedway is holding my money and starving my family for a weekend because oops...no one knows how to run their machines. Screw you Speedway and your untrained staff!!!
