  First mattress was damaged, box spring had hole in it and mattress ripped. The manager said it be another week before they could change it. Wait Another week for their hired inspecters, he never tried beds only took photos and did string photo. Their inspected abused my antique frame scratching it when he dropped box spring three times only using one arm idiot. Never asked for help, I complained to manager but nothing was done. Inspector said bed wasn't soft because boards missing wrong with boards mattress feels like sleeping on floor. Paid 600.00 nothing like floor model, inspected told me you can't compare beds softness by trying them in the store. So why does salesman say try them? Your going to receive and delivered a cheap quality bed. That' my experience. The mattress is thin patting is cheap and I swear I got used and returned mattress, the center sinks after first day like what you get after being used but I paid 600.00 for new one. Even the owners of sleep doctor would hate it back aches every day.

  Ad said 100 dollar gift card got there there was no gift card and the guy is trying to say that you have to buy $300 worth of stuff to get the 100 dollars off when the ad does not say that also the ad says there's four free doorbusters and the guy working is trying to say that you can only pick one from the four of the doorbusters
