  Great service! The shift manager helped me carry my stuff to the counter and than top that off the cashier that helped was friendly and offered to carry my bags to car. I'm not even an old lady and was surprised by how polite and friendly this team was. This was on 8/28/2017 around 6pm. And that cashier is always friendly he deserves a raise!

  The worst customer service from shift managers. They act like customers and customers must give them the smiles and for that store the customer is always wrong and clerk is always right. If you even so much as not smile say," have a good day", mention how something could be better,you will be screamed at and kicked out.while yelling the QD customer account number at you. If you don't smile the male shift manager will tease and be little you. Ask to look at Id again after u put it away. Chuckle at you every time first time isn't enough.But not do that to young men buying booze but get on the medical worker in her 30s for cigs for her husband.. when he's with me who btw he's older than me they will say must see his that's OK but God forbid you explain how it's a silly rule and understand, say anything but thank you and you will be attacked. The workers are nice, shift managers harsh, if the bottle machine is jammed and everyone but one clerk with a long line is helping line. Shift manager will come out of back room and scold customer. Even though you didn't say anything to mgr. I will never go there again unless I was given a public apology, & a free tank of gas.I left in tears and shaking from the trauma. I used to go there weekly and get gas donuts for the kids in early morning on my way to work.$600 a month I spent there. Never again.

  1 of 2 Gas Stations. I've heard nothing but bad about this QD. The employees just look like they don't even want to be working there. Crackheads outside asking people for change.
