Luckily we used our credit card for the down payment, mind you this was on Aug 4th 2017. We were able to go back to the bank and dispute the charge so we got our $875 back in December. Once they had our deposit they went silent no one was ever in the office. Don't give them cash, don't give them business! Horrible experience.
