  I was well taken care of when I came in, not sure why all the negative reviews are on here. A sales associate, David, talked to me on the phone prior to me coming in. I told him what I was looking for and he had choices laid out for me by the time I got there 30 minutes later. My alterations were done quickly as well, all in all I had a great experience.

  Nate, who worked there was very rude, we called and told him that we wanted to rent a tux for my step son, we go in there and he tries to steer us in buying a suit, and shows us a 800.00 jacket, Really? Soon as we told him we are not buying, then he ignores is and gets on his cell phone, and when he was ringing up our tux rental and he was showing signs if irritation, like he didn't make his commission, so we left. Whole experience was unprofessional and rude.

  I have purchased two suits through strick online suit stores. There were issues with each. I have purchased a total of three suits from this location, each time working with Bill. Prior to purchase I reviewed suit options on the Joseph A Bank''s website. I worked with Bill to understand how the suits looked and would fit. After understanding the look and fit, I would order through the store. This process has allowed me to purchase three great suits at the price of one of the suits I purchased from an online retailer. Ask for Bill and you will get treated very well and get a great product.
