  The manager Caleb threw my king size mattress over his shoulder and carried it out to my truck because the warehouse guys were either busy or not at work yet. Pretty awesome service to say the least.

  Amazing customer service!!! Dustin is so friendly and helpful, I cannot say enough good things. I had ordered a mattress elsewhere and had a horrible experience, which is what brought me to Denver Mattress. I am so glad I canceled my original order and came here instead. Such an easy process and my mattress was in stock, so I was able to pick it up at my convenience. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Definitely highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

  Will not honor warranty!!! We bought a bed for my grandmother in her name, but she has since died. We took the adjustable base, but the motor doesn't work. We can't do anything about it according to the manager.
