  Purchased a washer here this afternoon. Pleasantly approached almost immediately after walking to the washer/dryer to be asked if I needed help. I had actually just left Lowe's where I was not approached and once I finally asked for help, the staff was unhelpful. The sales consultant at Best Buy was very helpful and also knowledgeable about all of the products. I was impressed. For comparison, at Lowe's the worker said he didn't own any of the machines so he cannot speak to their quality. I had a much, much better experience at Best Buy and was glad to have spent my money there where I felt appreciated as a customer.

  Been shopping for appliances lately and Bestbuy has had way better deals then any of the home improvement stores. All their employees have been very helpful and knowledgeable about their products
